hi guys,
I am looking at buying a hardtail that i can do a bit of everything with, from cycling the few miles to work to bombing about up the forest etc.
my choices are:-

or

Think I'd have the Focus, better groupset, pretty good fork, not a Reba that everyone raves about but certainly never heard anybody complain about them and you'd have a nicely colour coordinated shed with your 'dale!
Wish I had the same dilemma!

Not been off road just yet but use it to work and im very impressed with it 8) .Thing that stands out is how light it feels when riding, had Giant Terrago before and thought that was light, but Malt4 is a lot lighter........................
