Which lube out of these 3?
Old Git On A Bike

I cleaned my bike thoroughly yesterday, in order to get all the dried on sand and dirt of it, my chain and cassette were caked in it, they are now completely dry and oil free, I have no oil to put on the bike, so when I spin the wheel it's kind of grinding, because of that, I didn't want to use the bike today in case I damaged it.
It has these 3 types on the Halfords site, which of these would be best to use, and what's the difference between them? The last time I used oil it was that 3 in 1 stuff years ago, so I have no idea, going to Halfords to get some tomorrow.
Bikehut Dry Teflon Bike Lube
Bikehut Wet Synthetic Bike Lube
Bikehut Dry Wax Bike Lube
