There's only one way to find out....FIGHT!!!!

On a more serious note, I'm finding the GP4000s very good at present - comfort, speed and grip all fine, and they seem to be wearing well even though I use the bike on training rollers a lot. I guess cost may come into it too, though - I won my GPs in a competition so price wasn't an issue at the time! Only one puncture to date - a pinch due to a big pot-hole and therefore not really any fault of the tyre itself.

They are different types of tyres aren't they?

GP4000s are closer to PR2 (or 3s) than Krylions?

GP4000s are more of a race tyre and Krylions are more of a training tyre?

I do intend to just use them for training . Called in at a LBS today and they pointed me to Bontrager hardcases. Any thoughts ? Must admit leaning towards the Michelins

Krylions are fine training and winter tyres, but GP4000s are on a par with ProRace2s or 3s come to that, where for me the Michelins come out best every time.

So out the two the Krylions IMO.
