Ho much oil to put in Marz forks...a bit confused!

I've got the seal kit to service what I and my LBS think are 1998 Marzocchi Bomber Z3 Lights on my girlfriend's bike. I've got the oil too but I'm not 100% sure how much to put in.
The Marzocchi manual very briefly mentions 75cc capacity in the technical spec section but does not actually mention anything whatsoever about refilling it in the actual workshop section.
The Enduro fork seals manual is for the Z3 Light Long Travel rather than the Z3 Light, and instead of a capacity measure, says refill them to within 50mm of the top. I've been told by someone else that it's the same for our Z3s.
I've had a look at all the links on this site but I'm still not sure...can anyone confirm this for me? 75cc or 50mm? It's the first time I've stripped a fork so I want to make sure I get it right.
Thanks in advance!

You could measure what comes out?0

Zocchi site has manulas and oil levels for all forks.
50mm from the top soounds right IIRC - however, when the fork is fully compressed!0 -
