Second hand sale prices?

Hi my girlfriend has just bought herself a new bike and is after selling her old one now, it's a Specialized Stumpjumper FSR XC Pro 2000 model and is in pretty good condition, her only problem is that she doesn't know what to ask for it, is there any way of finding out the resale value? Or does anyone on here have a fair idea? She doesn't want to rip anyone off or be ripped off herself.

    look on ebay in the classifieds etc that is the only way to do it.

    Or just put on ebay and hope.

    She has someone interested but doesn't want to get stung really, I'll scan ebay now though and will hopefully find something.
