This race is brilliant. Attacking riding, drama, moves that go clear with big names, yellow jersey changing shoulders several times. I'm so glad we are able to see this sport and that the race went ahead.

Great win for Chavanel, but he appears to have "bingo wings"!

I noticed that too! He wants to be careful doing victory salutes too early.

Fab racing though. Tomorrow will be interesting - But I can't see anyone with the fierceness Bertie had last year getting away from Rebellin.

Cracking stage, just like every one of the week. The descent of the Tanneron was mental... Gesink really didn't like that, did he?

Tomorrow will be fascinating. Rebellin and Nocentini are quite similar riders... I'll go for Nocentini to win it from the bonus seconds on the line, mugging Rebellin for the second year in a row.

I think Nocentini and Rebellin will mark each other out of it tomorrow and a third dog will run offf with the bone.

  • But more importantly, Evans was at the front dragging people up a climb.... Won't see that too often

Was a good stage though, don't expect to see that kind of racing on an 'easy' stage (not my words)
