Dodgy bottom bracket?
For a long time I've noticed that under heavy load I will hear a a loud clunk and feel a bit of a bump on my right foot towards the bottom of every rotation. Tried to ignore it but also the chainrings appear to be slightly off-true leaning out to the side again at the same point on every rotation, exemplified but the fact that in some gears the chain will rub the front derailleur only at this point.
Also recently noticed a squealing sound again at the same point on turning the cranks.
Will take the cranks off tonight and see what I can see but just wondering if this sounds like the bottom bracket has had it. Also was wondering on the compatibility of Shimano bottom brackets, I have a tiagra chainset so could I replace it with an Ultegra 6600 Bottom Bracket Cup Set or would I need the Tiagra one? Will probably get the LBS to do this just thought it would be better if I could give them the parts I need.
Cheers if anyone can help.

You can use either BB, I would just try taking it off and putting it back on again to start with. They can work slightly loose.0
