How do I measure spokes?

I have some wheels with Sapim CX Ray spokes, and I want to order some spares. They come in 3 sizes and I need to find out how to measure my existing ones (on the wheels). Where do I measure -. from what point to what point? They're bloody expensive so I'd like to get it right, and also not find out in the middle of nowhere that I've got the wrong ones. Cheers.

Go to a good bike shop, tell them what you have(hubs, rims, front, rear) and they
will give you the info you need. You probably should buy the spokes from them also.
There are also various spoke calculators scattered around on the web.

spokes are from the end of the thread to centre of head if they are bent - if they are straight I dont know.

Thanks dennisn. Problem is that very few LBS's have Sapim CX Ray spokes, so I'm going to have to buy them on the web.
