New Frame - Worth It?

Over the last two years I have upgraded my Carrera Kraken to a pretty high spec and I'm about to replace the existing fork for a Reba as well and I've got to say I'm pretty pleased with the bike. The question is though, whether it's worth planning to replace the frame as well.The one I'm considering is the Maxlight XC Pro II which seems to get some good write ups and seems to be designed for fast XC blasts/training rides (my kind of thing). Is this a worthwhile investment and would I ultimately end up with a noticably lighter bike with better handling?

Probably save about 3/4 pound in weight - handling wise, down to the geometry and what you like.

Also take a look at the On One Scandal frame.Similar weight to the Kinesis but cheaper.
