Doing some research on the net and they seemed to be a motorcycle manufacturer around that time, can't see anything about them being cycle makers, sorry. Here are a couple of links for you to see though

I had to Join the V-CC and New Hudson they had some info on.. turns out this Black Club Model they didn't know existed, only after a week of delving into archives they've fornd out this one has the short lived and v.rare caliper brakes... and as far as they know this is the only one in existance... mmmm probably best i don't pimp it into a fixie !
