Computers, but gaming mainly, not the faffing around programming computing stuff.

    Rugby, watching and playing. Wales

    Football, watching only really. Everton

Bit boring really, nothing much exciting goes on.
    I like bikes...

Cycling and a family leave little time for anything else, but when I do get a moment:

I used to enjoy photography, but sold my medium format gear to buy another bike :)
  • used to have loads like rugby, scuba diving and running untill cycling took over my life (after getting run over whilst running). Now it's just drinking fine wines, reading and watching a lot of sport (football & cricket mainly but pretty much anything except horse racing)

  • I remix music :)

I love takin taking any song that I like and turning into something thats great to dance to, workout to etc. I also have a friend that DJ's that plays my mixes every so often. My friends think I should make a profession out of it since my mixes seem to get great rections, but I only do it for fun and like to mostly keep my mixes to myself.

I also play computer games etc.....just the normal stuff that teenagers do :)

I used to scuba dive at a fairly intense level including cave and deep wreck diving. I still do a little but only recreational stuff and a bit of instructing. Just can't find the time anymore to do two sports!

Like Mog, cycling and family take up most of my time. However, I love cooking, eating and drinking, nights out talking about all kinds of sh!t (usually our husbands) with my antenatal friends, going mad on the dance floor, getting deeply absorbed with a good book, photography, restoring old photographs and early nights!

Edited to add that I couldn't do without my PC. I'm a Man City fan but have only been to watch one game this season. I'm hardly a gamer but I do love Mario and Sonic at the Olympic games on my DS. I'm sh!t hot at that 8)

Oooooh - where to start! Former semi-pro musician ( 8)) and still noodle around at home although nowhere near as much as I should to keep my hand in -

    riksrig.jpg

As well as being a software developer I also currently run a photographic business on the side covering commercial, sporting events, press and agency work and I'm the Sheffield Steelers EIHL photographer so that's most weekends from September to March gone!

Other sports I play include ice hockey, squash, badminton, visit the gym 3-4 times a week and I'm also a keen console gamer - PS2, Xbox, Xbox360 but definitely no Wii..must get a PS3 soon too

As you may guess...I have no children but a very understanding g/f!

    Another petrolhead here

My collection :- The BMW is my keeper, a long term affair, lots of people don't like them ( but have never tried them! ) a different ride altogether than a sports bike, its kinda like riding a mechanical horse, it has a heartbeat, big twin grunt, when I get on it I could ride for miles, my 1 day record stands at 572 miles on a very wet holiday in France!
    Picture_0118.jpg
More big twins, RSV 1000 Aprilia Mille, totally orgasmic sound when used in anger, met an early end in 2004 in an interface with a dozy 4x4 driver!
    CIMG0131.jpg
Honda Fireblade 954cc, this is the 3rd Fireblade I've had, a stonking ride, so "together" in all respects
    CIMG1210-1.jpg
This is when it all goes pear shaped!!! the result of the 4x4 interface - 2 broken knees ( this is my left tibia platform ) 2 broken ribs , a broken right Scapula ( shoulder blade ) and the 3rd and 4th metacarpals in left hand = 12 weeks in a wheelchair with every limb in plaster! still have nightmares about it now
    g.jpg
Moral of this story :- "Never ride faster than your guardian angel can fly" - I think I had the edge on him that day!! ( this applys to cycling as well!! )

    Cheers,

    Poucher :wink

Forced like of walking (by gf), initially was ok, not too keen on just a "walk" (Why take THIS long to do it!? I'd be there and back on my bike!)

However, since then done a lot of proper walking, and loved doing Snowdon and Mt Tryfan in December. Truly breathtaking.

Oh maths a fair bit, , though that's more of what i do, i enjoy it, but i cycle for my what i enjoy more. Thankfully going to be studying maths at uni in September/October.

Used to enjoy game consoles, just don't have time anymore. Used to enjoy running, not too keen anymore either, though i enjoyed a couple of fell races this season while i wasn't cycling.

I do also have an interest in women, although I try to limit the amount of time I spend on that hobby as it can be very expensive!

Dinner date or new cycling jacket, cinema or spare inner tubes.... clearly cycling is better value for money!!!!

Other than that, computers, electricals, cricket and various other sports.

I'm into gaming - all 3 consoles plus a fairly monster pc.
Footie- big Chelsea fan (watched Lampard single-handedly destroy Derby last night)
Skiing - was a qualified instructor at one stage but can only afford 1 week a year now that cycling eats most of my money.
Also a bit of a HiFi buff.

Obvio women as well, especially as I'm newly single :( Does allow more time for the old video games and footie, though I'm not so keen on this dating business!

Listen to music, go to loads of gigs and festivals

for example I went to see Gallhammer last night apparently they're a Crust/Black metal band. they're little japanese girls making a lot of good noise

I like boxing and kickboxing as well and watch MMA when I can

eating and drinking are of course great... over the last couple of years I've become a bit of a 'foodie' going to nice restaurants (Fat Duck last month) and I seem to have developed a talent for cooking as well..

Special mention for Single Malt as well

oh and travelling I like to see new places and experience different cultures

Gumball, do you own any of the pictured motors, ie Elise, 355 (I think it is?) and the Exige?

My hobbies outside of mountian biking and road cycing are badminton, squash, and cars really.

I have a pretty rare, but comparitively modern Citroen which is tucked up in the garage, and doesn't get driven very much - 17 years old this year.

I have an Elise on my want list, S2, Type 25.

Nuggs, were you the chap who had the garage/Chimeara/how to store bikes dilemma a while back?

If so, what did you do?!

    EDIT: Yes you are

It was me - well remembered!

The bike's hung by the front wheel on a hook just inside the garage doors - works perfectly!
