Can someone please select which pedals are best for xc/trails from here:

£25 is the max.
If there are some better ones else where please post the site.

Thanks

Forget flat pedals.Real men use spds and have the scars to prove it,Shimano M520 spds are what you need.

even more real men use flats and have many many dents and life time scars in the shins to prove it. come on flats are far more manly than spuds

Having dissed flats earlier,I actually confess, and admit I bought some the hone my bunny hopping skills.

I bought some Exertec flats from Wiggle for £5 delivered. They have proper removable pins, reasonably smooth bearings, and so far have lasted the 2 weeks that,my Clydesdale hooves have been abusing them, whilst refining my skills. For that money, there`s no excuse for not trying them.:D

nothing apart from the name. but i still buy DMR. i'd prefer my money went to them than wellgo. they could take the branding off and i'd still buy dmr

v12 have sealed bearings, v8s have loose bearings. true of both wellgo and dmr (right???). anyway, the wellgo v8s and the dmr v8s have exactly the same bearings, and so do the v12s.

Cheers, cost a silly amount of money to do, but worth every penny to ride to the pub on a sunny afternoon. Just need to find mint condition yellow pads to finish.
