Tacx Fortius - power consistent at high cadence?

I'm not overly concerned, cos I feel fitter and stronger, but I was just curious if anybody can chip in with their thoughts on if the Tacx Fortius has 'consistent' power when running a high cadence.

I forget which muscle type it is, but I seem to work best at cadences of 100-110. When I've been doing my 2x20s I've noticed that when I lose my rhythm(adjust position, take drink or whatever) I find it really difficult to get back up to my cadence and power.

I've just finished my 2x20s at 260w and fluffed up a couple of times so had to get back to speed. When I got back to 100-105rpm it got 'easier' than when I was <100rpm.

If I had to try 265w at 90rpm, it'd slay me! It made me think that either;

1. I'm very dominant at 100+rpm to the detriment of high power at low cadence(I don't have a problem with hills tho)
2. there is some rolling momentum on the Tacx wheel when I'm spinning 100+rpm and therefore I'm not actually spinning 260w?

I'd like to think it's just my cadence but welcome anybody's ideas and suggestions?
