New bracket for rear light

Hi all,

I have a Cateye light of some description on the back of my bike. I forget which one it is (it has the 5 LEDs in a line). Anyway, while swapping it round, I seem to have knackered the bracket which fixes the light to the bike. Does anybody know where/if you can get replacements for these? I really don't want to have to buy an entirely new light just because a bit of cheap plastic in the bracket has gone...

    I might well have one!

Is it the square fixing that means it'll go on either horizontally or vertically?

I'll have a rummage in the shed tonight, I work in the centre of Bristle so it should be fairly easy to meet up.

Sounds like mine - Cateye LD600.
Wiggle, etc sell the brackets under Spares.
I had to get one myself and they'd got the full range in Evans - take the light into the shop with you and you can make sure you get the right bracket (there are loads and they're all slightly different).
Should only cost you a couple of quid.
  • It does! And if you can that would be... just awesome.

See. Cyclists really ARE nice people...

  • Good to his word, Attica passed on the bracket to me today. Good karma indeed and (another) feather in the cap for Bikeradar! :)
