Cannondale Synapse Ultegra 06 vs Focus Cayo Expert 08

I currently ride a Cannondale Synapse with compact chainset, ultegra gears and brakes and mavic ksyrium wheels and I am considering purchasing a Focus Cayo Expert 08 ( via wiggle..so no test ride ! ) to use abroad.

Has anyone out there by any chance ridden both bikes and if so could you comment on any differences in ride quality and ride position between the two

with wiggle you get - in effect - a 7 day test ride if you return the bike undamaged and in the original packaging
