Brittany - day rides?

The extended clan pneumatic has called a gathering in Pont Aven (south coast of Brittany) in the Summer. Naturally, as this is a family occasion involving 3 generations of in-laws and a camp site, I shall be taking the Roubaix to preserve what is left of my sanity!
Any recommendations for 100-120k excursions? I am looking at the montagnes noires, but the coast might be fun, too. I'd value a "not to be missed" day ride recommendation that I can use as the opening gambit for the negotiations.
