New Ultegra SL 10 Wheels problem

Have a new set of these on a Roubaix and they are making a rear wheel noise similar to pawl slip or problems in the rear freehub. Spokes have settled and the wheels have done 100 miles so spokes etc tight and wheel true. Noise appears only on power application of right pedal and definately on the rear wheel. Anyone else had this problem with the new SL wheels?
