QR to 20mm hub conversion kit???

Is it possible to covert a shimano front QR hub/rim to a 20mm through bolt? I'v seen kits to to do 20mm to QR but not QR to 20mm. Is getting my local bike shop to change the hub my only option?

    not for the plain qr shimano hubs. In fact no shimano hubs are switchable. they are one or the other.
