Looking for all carbon parts, minus the brakes, make your reccomendations for these parts, I know nothing of good parts for road bikes.

Brakes, V style prefereably.
Seatpost
Saddle- looking for something comfy but still attractice to the eye
Rear mech
New bars.

A few questions also, how hard is it to change out bars, on a MTB you just unscrew the brake levers from the bars, but on road it looks harder. Is the wrap only something you need to unravel, then unscrew the shifter/ brake combo, and then slide em off and take them out of the stem, or is it more complicated then that?

I think we need a lot more info - eg what sort of bike (V brakes suggests not a standard road bike), what budget, what do you currently have. I could for example suggest a Campag Record carbon rear mech, but that would be no good if you have Shimano shifters. Alternatively I could suggest a Lightweight rear mech - lots of carbon, but unlikely to suit your budget.

You said on a road bike.
So what are you talking about - because road bikes don't have v-brakes?

that's the spirit, throw lots of cash and carbon at it, without knowing what you're doing

2007 Fuji Newest 3.0 - what's the point in Upgrading? You might aswell buy a better bike, than bugger about upgrading a cheap one as soon as you get it.
