2.I am thinking 21/22 should be right?
3.So i wouldn't fit this http://www.saracencycles.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=965&Itemid=463
would I?

can't really say what size without trying or looking at a bike, example my Rock Lobster is an 18" and i'm 6'2" also and it fits like a glove, you need to really try a bike to get an idea of size.0
-
I'm also 6'2 and I ride a 17" rockhopper
its really best to go and sit on what you plan on buying - you might have long legs, short arms or massive head or huuuge feet or tiny knees.. or .. well, you get the point, we're all different shapes and sizes, and so are the bikes0 -
I have seen it written on here more than once that, to determine the frame size you need, take your inside leg measurement and subtract 14, for example, your a 33 inside leg, take off the 14, so a 19 inch frame should suit, then again, frames come in different shapes, I'm 5'9" and ride a 20 inch frame.0

Problem is, its not just the height that is different in frame size.
Every manufacturer has different ways of measuring frames, as well as how they make them, i.e, a large GT frame might have a longer crossbar compared to a large Scott.
Try an test as many frames as you can and find what fits best for you. You'll be under no obligation to buy, so you can still order one online if you find a cheaper price - thats if the shop doesn't give a discount once you mention how much it is elsewhere0 -
I will add to this. the why info from Old Git On A Bike is only really relavant to the Old style of frame design.
Top tube length is what you need to look at, a classic 21" frame may be the same as a modern 17" frame with a radically sloping top tube.
try try try. then buy."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."
