How come I got a Topic Reply Notification e mail to tell me their has been a post since my last visit but when I click on the link it says that the topic no longer exisits?

Could have been a spammer. or a troll or.... Also this is not a CP issue but a BR one. Please use the BR website part for the web site issuse and the CP office for CP mag issues etc....

At a guess that's a topic thread inherited from one of the pre-BR forums. We still have a bug with those that the system counts posts in them wrongly and that stuffs up these links.
To be honest, I doubt it'll ever get fixed as the number of affected threads is now very small. Apologies for the ongoing irritation, though.John Stevenson0
