Is the only difference between the Specialized Myka frame and the Rockhopper frame is that the Myka is designed for females?

Are the weights similar? Is the Myka on par with the rockhopper or the hardtail?

The Myka is a female specific bike.

The Rockhopper Disc is the same as the Myka Pro, apart from obviously the frame shape, the "La Femme" version of the RS Tora forks, and the Shimano rear hub.
The Myka Pro is also $50 more than the Rockhopper disc.
The Myka Expert only $550, but is lesser specced - Avid BB-5 mechanical disc brakes and Deore transmission, although the Rockhopper and Myka Pro only have an LX rear mech.
Not sure on weight, but i'd imagine the Myka is a tad lighter if the frame is smaller in certain areas.

Theres no reason why a Rockhopper wont suit a woman though, everyone is a different size, so its all down to whatever fells the best fit
