So I ordered a new bike...

Toady I ordered a Scott SUB 10 Classic 700c for the daily commute to work.
Anyone got one? If so, what are they like?
It was a toss up between that and a Cannondale Bad Boy 700. Hoping I made
the right choice? Decided in the end that an all black bike wasn't the way to go
for commuting. Especially when the nights draw in after Autumm. Thinking too far
ahead there maybe?!!
Had a go on the SUB 20 medium frame and it was a really good fit. Wanted the hydraulics,
so went for the 10 and the LBS was great, even offering to drop it off when they
received it.
Comments on the bike if you have one would be great.

Nice bike, you should have plenty of fun on it. One thing though from your post, I would think an all-black bike would be less liable to theft than a rather dressy bike (not that I consider the Sub 10 as such a bike) but you should buy decent locks to protect your investment. Enjoy the Scott, I'm jealous. To disagree with three-fourths of the British public is one of the first requisites of sanity - Oscar Wilde0

I've just bought one too (hence the username) and cant wait to ride it. I spent weeks looking at Scott/Spesh and Trek variants and decided the Sub 10 was for me.0

Looks good - offered in 700c as well - that would make a fast commuter....good price as well - like the drop to the bars - not keen on upright position, being a roadie ! :shock:0
