Iceland Express and bikes

We are thinking of using the airline 'Iceland Express' to fly to Iceland this summer, however their terms and conditions seem to be a bit ambiguous when it comes to the weight allowance and taking bikes.

Has anyone any experience of taking bikes on this airline?

flew with them out of stansted in 2005 and they were ok never even charged me on the outward journey
