Hi Guys I'm looking at buying a new HT this week ready for the Easter Bank Holiday weekend. I have narrowed my list down to three but I am open to further suggestions!
Specialized Stumpy HT Carbon
Cannondale Taurine 2
Scott Scale 20
Why do they put LX kit on 2k+ bikes?

my personal choice would be the spesh, purlt because there carbon HT are inceridble. The spec looks good and i wouldn't worrie about the LX bits and bobs because you'll be getting a full biuld and everything should be in working order
hope that helped
jamiepeople said i was dumb, but i showed them...0 -
I initially thought the Stumpy but I cant find any reviews on the net, however the Taurine with lefy fork and the Scale have rave reviews!!
Too much choice :?0 -
Find LX kit on bikes like this because the frames cost at least a grand each!
Also:
Zaskar Carbon:

XT kit, with XTR shifters0 -
Thats a nice bike but I'm not a great lover of the GT frames.
Any comments on the above three bikes, I'm starting to feel the Scott as the reviews are excellent!0 -
Ouch! That GT frame is the worst carbon frame I've seen!
Aestetically I mean0 -
Scott Scale. Great bike and lots of good reviews.0

I've had no luck today trying to find a Scale 20 size medium in the South West!!

2007. The 2008 is same frame but changed to XTR kit from SRAM X0. I prefer the X0 personnally.
How about Pedal On - http://www.pedalon.co.uk/acatalog/scott_scale_20.html
They're in Hampshire. Looks like they've got Medium's in stock.0 -
Order a Giant XTC carbon for under a grand and then upgrade as and when.
Sorted.<font size="1"> Streako </font id="size1">

I just bought a Scott Scale 20 from Bike-Lab at Poole. I would recomend them as the service was excellent!0
