hi
im having difficulty selecting what bike to have and wondered if any one could help?
i want to buy a british bike so my options so far are a charge duster mid (£700) or a ON ONE Inbred (£800).
Has anyone ridden either of them?
Thanx

I've had a little go on both and I thought they were both nice yet very different.
The charge feels quite short so it has a slight bmx feel to it, good if you want to do some jumps.
The inbred is really long so that you can have a short stem for control but not knee your self whilst going up hill.
Hope that helps0 -
i've got an on-one inbred and want a duster... make of that what you will
love the inbred had great fun on it at trail centres but i'd really love a duster. tough choice.0 -
My new Inbred 456 frame came yesterday. Got it built up and although i've not had chance to give it a real off-road test it certainly feels nicely balanced. Customer service from on-one is excellent.
Although their frames are excellent value and spot-on in terms of what I wanted, I did notice that their full build packages - still really good value compated to RRP on most 'named' brands - coudln't quite compare in terms of sheer value to the builds at merlincycles. But I guess that's just because of the super value with Merlin, not that the Inbred builds are expensive.
The 456 has exactly the same top-tube length as my SS 24Severn 'all mountain' frame, but manages to feel a lot more lively will all the same components on it.
I'd echo the previous comment- top-tube is fairly long, but you can just knock an inch off the stem which works great.
Seen the duster in LBS- they look nice (about all I can say)0
