Bored and frustrated, sitting at work with fantastic conditions outside.
So yeah, glad to hear you're having a nice day off!0 -
I hope you've got a decent hifi to go with those records. I don't mind a bit of Love over gold myselfMy silly looking GT

Heard today how the MD at work was caught with his feet up on the desk and his eyes closed. Makes me feel far more comfortable as I spend the afternoon 'researching' the web while the mini-hangover from lunch disappears.
Edit - I hope no one from work reads these. Really I am having a monitor break between going through my TODO list :oops:0 -

I chilled out OK with a fresh morning ride in the hilly Derbyshire lanes. It was a bit windy but I got my reward on the way back when it turned eerily quiet and the climbs were easy.
Unfortunately I missed the postman bearing gifts from Ribble while I was showering and the doorbell obviously failed. So the afternoon was spent repairing the bell push. If only someone made a really good quality one - the one I repaired was expensive (£20) but not really much better electrically than cheap ones.
Oh well there'll be a trip down to the post office tomorrow before I can fix SWMBO's bike and fit a mileometer/computer to my new bike.
GeoffOld cyclists never die; they just fit smaller chainrings ... and pedal faster0 -
my chill out starts at 8 tonight when I finally finish work. I feel really bad for not riding at all this week - the weather and late finishes at work have been a bummer - next week the rollers will have arrived so I can get 3 or 4 hours in if I cant go out - I would be more chilled out if I could ride all day0

Been chillin since about 5.30 - cycled back, showered, kids at swimming, then back of course....then off to bed... quiet now again !0
