The MBR trail is pretty good, 18km long with 410m of climb

The Dragons Back trail is a bit tougher, 31km long with 710m of climbing

both great trails, with a fair bit of fireroad between some sections.

It depends on a lot of things: how fit you are, what sort of thing you like and what sort of bikes you're riding.

One thing can be said for sure, there isn't any bad riding there.

Tawr and MBR are brilliant to get started on and both boast some of the best singletrack and rocky descents in England and Wales.

Dragons Back and Beast are a bit longer, include some sections of MBR and are even better again.

If you can be bothered to get the map out you should definitely take a look at Pink Heifer, mtb britain's website gives instructions on how to follow the trail.

You're definitely in for a cracking weekend of riding and you won't be disapointed whatever you do.
