Skewers for turbo?

My cheapy/basic Elite Volare Mag Lite turbo did not come supplied with skewers, which is how they are advertised. However, every time I have hooked up either of my road bikes to the turbo, I have always been dubious about how the rear skewers have been clamped. Both bikes tend to slide at the rear, almost certainly down to the bike skewer ends being too big for the clamp sockets...
Are there turbo specific skewers with relatively small diameter ends? If so, what would you recommend?

Oh right, so when hooked up on your turbo, the skewer ends fit snuggly inside the turbo clamps and then wedge out? As in they are oversized cone shaped?================

My turbo came with it's own skewer. Its a heavy thing (compared to the one fitted to the bike) and has crome ends designed to fit into the clamps on the turbo.
Can you try the manufacturer of your turbo?0 -
I had an old skewer with allen key ends - this is round with no QR lever and fits well. I think any old-fashioned round shaped skewer will do as the turbo fittings seem to scratch quite badly.0
