Cyclists Family club

are there such clubs where family (wife,partner,kids) can get together whilst we are out and about ?

    The Tandem Club is very family friendly as you'd expect. Whilst it's a national organisation there are lots of local groups which organise rides, many of them specifically cater for families with junior pedallers and trailer-borne non-pedallers.

    We've been members for many years and I edited the magazine at one time. We tend to ride solo right now (mainly because of my lack of fitness) and no-one gets too upset about that so a tandem isn't actually essential for membership.
