    Yes prophet_1000 unfortunately this happen sometimes but not very often if interest in looking at the route there is Tracklogs route file on past rides report page just follow link at the bottom of photos of ride page.

    can i ask how many miles the ride was and how long did it take you?

    13.5 miles depending on ground conditions allow four to five hours to do the ride, also note there is permitted bridleway on the north side of Wet Sleddale Reservoir which I advise you to use if there few of you going on the ride, its also worth visiting Mosedale Cottage when you drop down into Mosedale if do this add another mile on to the ride, also at the bottom of Swindale you can add another loop on to the ride by doing the bridleway over to Haweswater and then following the old water board road back to Wet Sleddale.
