Speedplay - 4 bolt pattern shoes

Does anyone know of shoes that have the 4 bolt pattern so that the Speedplay system can be used without the 3 to 4 bolt adapter plate?

Thanks for that link.
Speedplay really need to get it together with shoe manufacturers - no way I'm spending £200+ on shoes!
Not keen on using the 3 bolt adapter - though it looks like it may recess nicely under the sidi genius 6 cover plate so I'd only have to spend £180 on shoes!
