My foot is still not healed, and 13% for a mile in the clee hils is not really possible, so am going to have to reluctantly post a DNS.
I dont know yet if I can swap places for someone else, but if anyones interested let me know. I'm contacting the organisers tomorrow. Entry is a very modest tenner, but if its a pain in the rear then I'd rather give place for free than waste it.
