specialized tricross? if so what size frame do you have and how tall are you?

I'm going to get one of these but not sure whether I need a 54 or 56cm. I'm 5'11" and 32" inseam.

A 56 cm would be a good place to start.

You will only find which the correct size by sitting both bikes.

There is only 20mm difference in stand over height between the 54 and 56 but the reach is different, handlebars are wider and this can be the difference that will make your decision which to buy.
