time rxs adjustment

Supplied with my new bike. I need to loosen them off a bit (I previously used look and need to get use to them - in fact I can barely clip in at the moment). Cannot find any info on time web page - or anywhere else.

Would be very grateful if someone could explain how to do this.

    Binding tension is not adjustable but pre-set. This arrangement strikes some as curious but Time argues it is the safest for riders of all sizes. It just takes a little getting used to.
