Evans Praise and spd

Finally bought my self some shoes and clipless pedals yesterday. I went into the new Evans next to the Trafford Centre and I have to say that the advice, help with set up of cleats from a guy called Andrew was second to none. He used to work on the tour as ( I think an osteopath) and even checked the alignment of my feet before setting the cleats. I rode this PM for 25 miles and they were spot on. The difference is amazing. Better power transfer/comfort etc. So if anyone needs anything and is around Manchester I recommend calling in and asking for him by name.
