Hi,

Does anyone know much about the Setavento custom built titanium road frames?

I have been looking for a titanium frame and came across these:

Any thoughts or advice welcomed.

Thanks,

Dave

    Yep you are right maddog!

Just looked at their contact page and it says they stop trading as from December 2007!

  • I thought Setavento were probably XACD frames, I could be wrong. Anyhow XACD are an option for custom and standard titanium, do a quick forum search for pros and cons, my latest XACD is faultless.

Obviously Van Nicholas or Burls or Enigma or Sunday Cycles. Litespeed,Moots,Seven, Serotta subject to wallet. Planet X have some Ti frames coming which look v.good for £999 in US titanium

Or you can wait a week and get a 'Shavedlegs' they'll be stiff, fast and last a lifetime.

I'll be offering two models to start with, a road and a TT with various spec options.

Should have some pictures early next week - the website/shop opens at the weekend.

That's my marketing for the week done already.
