Early dawes 6th april

Hi does anyone know if you need a licence to enter this race( Early Dawes). I am only planning on entering the mens open for fun. But on the entry form it asks for your licence no. If anyone could shed some light on it please let me know. Also is anyone else planning to enter?

    licence no only required if your after ranking points ( so i believe ) Ive entered vet class without it.
