have you got the bleed kit? have you read the manual?

OK, ignore the instructions in the bleed kit, and attach the lever bleed port attatchment to your syringe. Then push the fluid from the top while opening the bleed nipple (which should be attatched to a bit of hose into a collection bottle), and check the hose for air bubbles as you push the fluid through. When the bubbles stop, close the bleed nipple, and continue to pump fluid into the lever (Master cylinder) and then draw it back afew times. You should see bubbles coming out into the syringe as you draw it back. When the bubbles stop, remove the syringe, and replace the grub screw into the lever.
Test the brake, and you should find it has a short positive lever feel. If not, repeat the process.
It's nice to be important, but it's more important to be nice.
