DT Swiss rr 1.1 vs Open Pros

Hi there

Does anyone have any experience of DT Swiss RR 1.1s? Im particularly interested in how they compare to open pros?

    I have both on a set of wheels, the DT on the front 28 spoke radial. There have been issues with the rims cracking on the rear wheels with these, they used to be single eyelet though I believe they now make them with doubles and this has solved the problem.

    They are a nice enough rim and look ok, but as I remember they were a tenner more than OP's and there is nothing about them to make it worth paying the extra. One issue I have had is that if the rim goes slightly out of true the join tends to snag on the brake blocks.
