I bought 2 pairs of cheap pads off suerstar components and they bassically disinegrated, the pad material split on one and on the other side it came off the backing plate altogether afteronly 3 rides has anyone else had this problem, maybe they were just a faulty batch

They don't always fit into the caliper either...my mates were too big to fit in his Louise 2007's a while back. He was replacing his original pads thinking they were worn, but when he got the superstar replacements they had less friction material and were thinner than his old OE pads.

Some people may like Superstar pads, but I thought they looked cheap and wasn't impressed that they didn't fit.
