Bit of a poo week this week, really!

Sucks?:
Bad cramp has left me with a painful calf that has about 15 degrees less movement than the other. Crappy weather has slowed work down a lot No riding last weekend Today was the deadline to hear back for 2 jobs I'd appllied for; so far: Nada!

Rocks?:
Should get a run out on the bike tomorrow.

Particularly peeved about the jobs. You know those bits where it says:

"If you have not heard from us by 28/2/08, you can assume we think you're far too crap for the job, etc, etc."

It'd be nice if they had the decency to let you know.

Oh well, might go and sit in the workshop and give the bike another once over before we go out tomorrow. Hopefully that will make me feel better! Arse![/list]

  • Afternoon everyone!

    Sucks:
Had a bad throat all week.
Haven't been out on the bike since last Friday.
Had a lot of mind-numbingly boring work to do the last few days.
Need to leave the house later today and it's pouring with rain.
    Very very poor.

    Rocks:
Going snowboarding for a week tomorrow!

A ridiculous mountain of work and revision for the weekend
I just finished my last day of work experience at my LBS
On said last day I hurt my shoulder pretty badly

    Rocks:

The manager gave me a set of V12s and a Conti Travel Contact tyre for my work

Dude - I was right at the end of Halo 3 and I got the whole '3 red lights on the ring of light'

Now back with MS and may take up to 28 days to come back - I'm with you man

3 lights on mines too (playing halo too!), apparently thats a hardware failure! Just spoke to the guys on the helpline today, how the hell did they take my email as ...@aol.con!! (resulting in me not recieving the shipping labels)!!! Another 72hrs added onto my wait. In other news the cycle today was amazing total blizzard conditions but then it brightened up for the last uphill/decent so I suppose I can't be moaning too much!

PS3s suck big time - no way you can compare them to a 360 console (even if they do go wrong more often)

I agree Cheesey. I love the 360, there are a couple of lads at work who have both and don't play on the PS3.

Rocked - My ham and cheese sandwich I just ate.

    Sucks - The fact that I didn't make 2.

sucks: been ill with two colds and a sickness bug over the last month or so, the GT is still in bits waiting for my new forks to be returned after being fixed, my rear shock to come back and my brakes to be fitted. also, bored with work, havent been out on my bike for ages, the hub on my enduro is playing up and im skint. and its still winter.

rocks: forks being returned as we speak, looking at hub tomorow, hopefully, er, think thats it.
I said hit the brakes not the tree!!
