Converting to single speed , how do I do it ?

Often read on the forum of people converting old bikes to singlespeed machine and quite fancy the idea of this myself with a nice old frame but how do I go about it ?

They used to do a singlespeed kit with everything you need - but not selling at the mo. Maybe worth emailing them?
