Bolts for XTR V brakes

I have front and rear XTR V brakes. Unfortunately, I only have two bolts to fit them to the four bosses.
The XTR bolts have a slighly profiled head which allows it to sit slightly into the bushing.
I have been to two LBSs to try and get two more bolts but have had no luck. Do you think that I can use a standard bolt with a 'flat bottomed' head to attach the Vs to the bosses?
Your help appreciated ref the type of bolt and a source as I need to use the bike on Saturday and time is ticking!

Bit late for saturday but any Shimano Service Centre can obtain them. From my past employment in the cycle trade you'll be looking at around £1 for a pair, mind you I'm was running boggo canti bolts on my DX V-Brakes.I've added a signature to prove it is still possible.0
