Need help with short list of bikes

I am planning to buy my first full sus bike. I plan to ride it on trails like Coed y Brenin, and natural trails in Shropshire and Wales. Nothing too extreme.

At the moment I have 3 bikes I like the look of, 2 are All Mountain and 1 is XC.

Mongoose Teocali Super 07
Giant Reign 0 07
Kona Hei Hei 07

All of the bikes have good reviews and I've found them at good prices.

Would you advise buying any of them, and am I looking at the right sort of bike? Am I better stronger (All Mountain) or lighter (XC)?

    One simple bit of advice.

    If you go down the AM route then your bike will handle everything.
    If you go down the weight weenie XC route,you may end up out of your depth on certain trails or descents.

    Not terribly scientific I know,but it's a good thing to think on.

    Thanks for the input cunning.

    It may not be scientific but it's something I've been thinking myself.

    I think I'm leaning towards the Giant Reign 0: I can pick up an 07 for £1500 which seems like a good deal.
