Which Forks best for 'spikiness'?

The million buck question i know but my 302 Toras really hammer my arms on the fast, rocky descents, though they feel just fine on the uphills.
i live in Africa and have to rely on myself for any repairs or servicing so reliability is v important.
I am looking at roughly £250 to upgrade on my homebuild GT Idrive4 with Qr and i am about 80kg.
I like the sound of the coil u-turn RS Revelation, will the Motion Control circuit solve my problem?
Thx
