Carrera Fury Wheel upgrade?

My Carrera Fury has developed a slight Buckle in its back wheel,this is my excuse to the wife to upgrade the heavy standard wheelset,any suggestions for a lighter XC wheel that can handle the very rocky/rooty welsh trails ? Not too pricey
