Tricycle Trailer

T'other day, I thought I saw, in the far distance, a child-carrying cycling/jogging trailer. But instead of being pushed by a running parent, or towed behind an adult bike, it appeared to form the front of a one-wheel-at-the-back, stop-me-and-buy-one, type tricycle. Does anyone know if such a thing is available or whether I just imagined it? If the latter is the case . . . I thought of it first and I'm off to apply for a patent!

Two main makers around in the UK , Nohola and Christiana
Christiana are more available in the UK with dealers in London...

Although they do a smaller version for the average family
See http://www.velorution.biz for UK prices and availability
Cheaper and more common are the Bakfiets two wheel work bikes:
