Turbo advice needed

I am targeting the Etape and now seem to have increased my fitness to fly up the Cols of SE England (ie 200m climbs) but struggling for power on the flat (to stay with the bigger boys who churn out the miles) and longer climbs that require 45 mins - 1.5 hrs climbing time.

So advice required. I am 75kg and do 2-3 one hr turbo sessions a week on top of the weekend rides.

Found some good sessions online but don't feel they are stretching my power capability - just making me even better jumping up the quick 2km hills.

Anyone got a link or good turbo sessions I can use?

At the moment my turbos tend to be building HR up to 85% with intervals of 5-8 minutes, 1-2 minutes "resting back at c 130" and then back up again.[[/list]
