Ridgeback MX4 or MX5??

I have narrowed down a choice of the two above bikes... the price difference is about 80 pounds... MX5 coming in around 380, MX4 at 300
the differences are :
MX5 (MX4 in brackets)
Shifters : Rapidfire (EZFire)
Derailleur : Alivio (Acera)
Brakes : RM65 disc (RM60)
Rims : Alex Dp-17 (Alex ACE-18)
Brakes : M485 (Alivio)
Help!!!!! Any opinions gratefully received!!!
